Wrestling Reunion

When we got to Nauvoo, well actually just outside Nauvoo, we checked into our motel, and Chris' family arrived just a few minutes later. It was a very fun reunion, with the little boys attacking Grayson & Sam, and resuming the never-ending wrestling match that always seems to happen when they get together. And then, of course, they wanted them to read books to them, and play "Angry Birds" on my phone. It was so fun to watch!

Together again...

So after hugs and kisses all around, we headed for the local restaurant, Chandler's, for the birthday party for our two GUESTS of HONOR, Grayson and Colton, who were both born on July 8th (also Grandma Dove's birthday)!

We were joined by Nathalie's parents, Mike & Dianne Alexandre, and Nathalie's sister Lise and her husband, Michael. Nathalie made a cute "Iron Man" birthday cake for them, and brought it with her from Nebraska! It was a fun family dinner par-tay. Michael & Lise live in Nauvoo, so Mike & Dianne stayed with them.

Grayson turns 15, Colton turns 4...

Then we talked and laughed in our motel room until waaaay too late, and finally had to call it a night, excited to explore Nauvoo the next day!
